Then EMail wakeupcall@cnbc.com and do the same thing. two or three thousand toll-free calls and the same number of emails should get their attention. Remember to be professional and logical. It wouldn't hurt to practice what you are going to say before the call and have some notes. Also SPELLCHECK those emails, and check for punctuation and grammar. No profanity or anger, just facts.
